The Green Gift Fair is coming up, so I've been hard at work on some new designs incorporating upcycled materials. I was digging through my bag of materials I've collected and discovered some wooden Bingo numbers. I added some glitter and resin and voila -- reversible Blingo earrings!
Dominos have been a fun thing to use, but I usually made magnets or necklaces because they were so large. The last time I went to Goodwill I stumbled across some travel dominoes which are the perfect size for earrings. They are also incredibly lightweight. I added an image on one side (sealed in resin of course, to make it durable and waterproof) so these earrings are also reversible. (I love getting 2 things for the price of 1 -- that's the bargain hunter in me!)
As you can see, I've been hard at work on these new items. I can't wait to unveil them this Saturday. The Green Gifts Fair is one of my absolute favorite shows of the year. The products are so unique and you can feel good about buying them because you know they are created with sustainability and eco-conscious practices in mind.
